Our on farm meat processing facility officially opened in March 2020. The facility gives us greater flexibility to meet the demands of our customers. We can hang several sides of beef and lamb in the cool room at any one time and store packaged meat. Most importantly, by processing our own beef and lamb, we can assess qualities such as eye muscle area, marbling and moisture content to ensure that our customers receive tasty and tender beef every time.
The facility is Prime Safe approved (Licence No. P01382) which ensures the highest standard of food safety is met and maintained.
